RealmOne Promotes Kathy Daumer to Chief Strategy Officer

In this role, Kathy will lead the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and long-term planning efforts, further expanding RealmOne’s position as a trusted partner to the national security community. She will work closely with the rest of the executive leadership team to align business objectives with evolving customer requirements. As RealmOne strengthens its enterprise strategy and enters its next phase of growth, Kathy’s promotion signals the company’s commitment to aligning its best talent with mission priorities.
Kathy joined RealmOne in 2025 as Vice President of Growth. Since then, she has played a critical role in key growth initiatives and expanding cross-functional collaboration. Her leadership has directly strengthened organizational alignment to deliver better mission outcomes. Prior to joining RealmOne, Kathy served as a mission-critical technical performer before transitioning to business development and strategy as a career focus in 2014. She brings more than 18 years of experience across large and small companies serving the Intelligence Community and has a strong track record of driving mission-focused growth and innovation.
