Gary Daigle, a U.S. Air Force veteran, brings over 32 years of experience in the Defense and Intelligence Community to RealmOne, having served in multiple leadership roles with fast-growth and start-up companies in the national security market. As the CEO of RealmOne, Daigle has spent nearly two decades with the company spearheading the collaborative effort with a strong leadership team developing and executing a vision and growth strategy to expand RealmOne’s market share.
Nurturing a team culture built on collaboration, curiosity, and passion, Gary is focused on strategically making RealmOne a company that attracts top talent and industry-leading partners focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions to support vital national security objectives.
Matthew Ford brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Intelligence Community to RealmOne. Previously Ford has spent his career running diverse portfolios of programs across the IC supporting mission-critical infrastructure, development, and data management with geographically dispersed teams. Since joining iNovex (now RealmOne) in 2018, Ford has tackled whole company alignment to the RealmOne vision and how we drive excellent outcomes for our customers, their missions, and our team.
As a former PMP-certified Program Manager, Matt is passionate about servant leadership and practicing it toward to every individual at RealmOne who supports the important mission of our nation’s defense.
Pearce has extensive experience leading finance and accounting organizations in highly acquisitive environments for private equity sponsors within the Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to national security leadership roles, he provided financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions on the buy-side and sell-side primarily within government contracting and software markets for private equity-backed portfolio companies and investment banks. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder with the CFA Institute.

Doug Jeruzal serves as the Chief Technology Officer of RealmOne and brings over 16 years of cybersecurity expertise to the growing business. Throughout his time in the industry, he has developed and implemented critical cybersecurity strategies for the DoD and the Intelligence Community, including serving as the Cybersecurity SME and Liaison to key allied nations. Doug’s expertise has informed significant national security protocols, and he has played a pivotal role in legislative consulting, providing briefings to Congress on various cybersecurity initiatives.
Doug embraces challenges to lead the technology sector within RealmOne and is a mission-focused leader committed to advancing national security.
Chief Growth Officer Rob Harrison has provided growth leadership at RealmOne for more than 11 years, with overall responsibility for building the company’s strategic pipeline and capturing new business. Mr. Harrison brings an exceptional track record of success, having led the capture and award of more than $2B in defense contracts over the last three years. This growth has expanded RealmOne’s market presence in Georgia, Texas, Colorado, and other national and global locations. Mr. Harrison’s vision for growth and collaborative approach attracts leading industry partners to help shape and win business that substantially increases RealmOne’s market share.
Rob contributes his experience to assist industry through various leadership positions he holds in charity and Government organizations including AFCEA.
Amy Orzechowski, a seasoned U.S. Army veteran with over 25 years of experience in Defense and Intelligence, serves as RealmOne’s CPO. Her expertise in HR, talent management, and industrial security drives her commitment to hiring veterans and ensuring compliance, vital for supporting national security objectives within the Intelligence Community.
Amy is unwavering in her dedication to assembling top-tier cleared talent, rallying them to collaborate in safeguarding our nation’s security within the Intelligence Community.
Athena brings over 25 years of experience in Defense, Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community as RealmOne’s Chief of Staff. Her passion for compliance, contracts, finance, pricing, and business workflows drives her commitment to supporting corporate initiatives and program execution.
Athena leverages her experience to bring operational excellence across the Realm.
Ray brings 25 years of experience supporting customers and programs in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to RealmOne. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Williams is responsible for the successful execution of the company’s M&A strategy. In addition, Williams assists with growth and service delivery.
As a career-long GovCon executive, Ray is passionate about servant leadership and bringing innovation in support of the national security mission.
Thomas Albright is a U.S. Army & Navy veteran bringing nearly 30 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to RealmOne. As Executive Vice President of Service Delivery, Thomas oversees the leadership and execution of Service Delivery, including coordinating supporting services in contracts, finance, recruiting, and training to ensure the successful execution of mission-critical operational and technical deliveries.
