Job Description:
- This program provides the Government with technical and management expertise to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their missions and systems. This position serves as the Program Control Analyst (PCA) for the prime contractor and is responsible for financial management, reporting, and funding activities. The PCA role emphasizes operational financial analysis, reporting, datamanagementand day-to-day execution to supportaccuratetracking andtimelydeliverables.
Capabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and interface with internal program management teams, corporate departments, and external government customers regarding program financial and business matters.
- Manage detailed tracking and reporting of labor hours,traveland material expenditures for the prime contract, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with contractual requirements.
- Perform monthly financial analysis, including cost variance reporting, revenue reconciliation and identification of trends or discrepancies to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Handle program accounting tasks within Unanet, ensuringaccuratedata entry,timelyupdatesand generation of required financial reports.
- Ensure all internal and external deliverables are completed on schedule, according to requirements and track progress against deadlines.
- Generate and review key financial deliverables, including invoices, ensuring accuracy, allowability, and alignment with contract terms to support timely payment.
- Prepare financial documentation, such as cost reports and funding estimates tofacilitateincremental funding processes and subcontractor allocations.
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics,identifyingopportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in financial tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 + Years of Experience supporting prime contracts for customers with 50+ FTEs, $20M+ contract values, Cost Plus Contracts.
- Strong analytical skills, including variance analysis, forecasting, and risk identification/mitigation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; self-motivated and proactive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
- Experience with Unanet required.
Preferred but not required: active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range: 95,000-135,000
