Job Description:

  • We are searching for a System Vulnerability Analyst to support a watch desk in conducting vulnerability assessments, collaborating with mission partners, and responding to requests for information.  You will need to work a 10AM to 6PM schedule.   

The Level 4 System Vulnerability Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:  

  • Experience with computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering.  
  • Network and system administration may account for some, but not all, of the experience. 

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 11 years of relevant experience.
  • Associates degree with 13 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree must be in Computer Science or a related field (e.g. General Engineering, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Assurance, and Information Security.  
  • Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), Undergraduate Cyber Training (UCT), Network Warfare Bridge Course (NWBC)/Intermediate Network Warfare Training (INWT), Cyber Defense Operations will be considered towards the relevant experience required (i.e. 20-24 weeks course will count as 6 months of experience, 10-14 weeks will count as 3 months or experience).

Job Description:

  • We are looking for an Intrusion Analyst who can function as a TDNA/DNEA in a fast paced, multi-task environment.  You will need to be able to pivot quickly to conduct deep network analysis to identify APTs and document TTPs and apply situational awareness of current CND conditions and leverage OSINT to understand current vulnerabilities and exploits.  Prior CNO/CND experience conducting cybersecurity incident response is preferred.

The Intrusion Analyst Level 3 shall possess the following capabilities: 

  • Analyze target digital network data to discover, analyze, and document malicious or unauthorized activity using information collected from a variety of SIGINT and computer network defense resources.  
  • Analyze metadata collected from tasked communications systems in order to identify, locate, and track targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from metadata analysis.
  • Categorize traffic as benign, suspicious, or malicious activity; and document malicious tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Have a network and/or host-based focus. 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Associates degree with 10 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline from accredited college or university.   
  • Relevant experience must be in malware analysis and programming experience in C, C#, C++, Java, Perl, or Python is preferred.

The Network Evaluator 3 shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Evaluate operational or developmental networks and systems for weakness and susceptibility to network attack.
  • Advise customers on countermeasures including configuration of commercial products or hardware/software additions.
  • Produce evaluation reports and brief customer results.
  • Relevant experience must be in working in a security domain (e.g., cyber security, network security, information system security, and computer security), programming, systems architecture, vulnerability analysis, reverse engineering, malware analysis, protocol analysis, network analysis, software analysis, debugging and/or using network security intrusion or computer network diagnostic software utilities.  

 

Qualifications:

  • We are seeking a Data Scientist with experience leveraging AI/ML techniques for optimization, automation, and collection processing, and a willingness to teach AI/ML skills to more junior Data Scientists.  You will need to be proficient with API interaction including reading/using/building tools to retrieve data.  Experience with Pandas data frames and aggregation using Python is required.  Data visualization capabilities with Plotly, Shapely, or GeoPandas, AMOD tool proficiency and an understanding of dataflow, and Splunk, Kibana, SQL, ELK stack, or Networking experience is a plus.  Front end web development using BootStrap (HTML) or Pyodide is a plus.  

The Level 4 Data Scientist shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Foundations: (Mathematical, Computational, Statistical).
  • Data Processing: (Data management and curation, data description and visualization, workflow and reproducibility).
  • Modeling, Inference, and Prediction: (Data modeling and assessment, domain-specific considerations).
  • Ability to make and communicate principal conclusions from data using elements of mathematics, statistics, computer science, and applications-specific knowledge.    
  • Ability to use analytic modeling, statistical analysis, programming, and/or another appropriate scientific method, develop and implement qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing, exploring, and assessing large datasets in various states of organization, cleanliness, and structure that account for the unique feature and limitations inherent in Government data holdings.  
  • Translate practical mission needs and analytic questions related to large datasets into technical requirements and, conversely, assist others with drawing appropriate conclusions from the analysis of such data.  
  • Effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.    

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of relevant experience, associate’s degree with 12 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree must be in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine learning, Data Science, Operations Research, or Computer Science or a degree in a related field (Computer Information Systems, Engineering), a degree in the physical/hard sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy), or other science disciplines with a substantial computational component (i.e. behavioral, social, or life) may be considered if it included a concentration of coursework (5 or more courses) in advanced Mathematics (typically 300 level or higher, such as linear algebra, probability and statistics, machine learning)  and/or computer science (e.g. algorithms, programming, , data structures, data mining, artificial intelligence).  College-level requirement, or upper-level math courses designated as elementary or basic do not count.  
  • Broader range of degrees will be considered if accompanied by a Certificate in Data Science from an accredited college/university.  
  • Relevant experience must be in designing/implementing machine learning, data science, advanced analytical algorithms, programming (skill in at least on high level language (e.g. Python), statistical analysis (e.g. variability, sampling error, inference, hypothesis testing, EDA, application of linear models), data management (e.g. data cleaning and transformation), data mining, data modeling and assessment, artificial intelligence, and/or software engineering.   
  • Capable of applying and developing best tradecraft practices for deep analysis of network-centric data from a variety of sources and extracting actionable intelligence, including pattern recognition and attribution.

You will compare and contrast various system attack techniques and develop operationally effective countermeasures. You will also produce formal and informal reports, briefings, and perspectives of actual and potential attacks against the systems or missions being studied. Red Team experience is required for this position.

The Level 3 System Vulnerability Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:

  • The ability to exploit captured media and/or investigate computer security incidents in order to derive useful intelligence and/or enable mitigation of network vulnerabilities.
  • Relevant experience must be in the design/development of computer or information systems, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, and/or systems engineering. 

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Associates degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree must be in Computer Science or a related field (e.g. General Engineering, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Assurance, and Information Security.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dynamic Cryptologic Cyber Planner with hands-on experience in supporting Government missions or similar efforts. In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic and operational planning, driving collaboration across agencies, and working closely with external partners to deliver impactful cyber and intelligence solutions. Your expertise will be vital in shaping mission success through innovative approaches in collection, analysis, and external customer engagement. 

The Level 3 Cryptologic Cyber Planner shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to a DoD mission (e.g. collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or similar mission and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g. joint operations).
  • External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g. participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field experience, and external customer support). 
  • Experience with the JOPES process.
  • Experience with malware triage and customer tools are desired.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Associates degree with 10 years of experience.
  • HS diploma or GED with 12 years of experience.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field is acceptable.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled Reverse Engineer to analyze malicious binaries using various methods and determine functionality and indicators of compromise.  You will provide information that assists with malware detection and mitigation.  Experience with malware reverse engineering is required.

The Level 3 Reverse Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Perform technical analysis of malicious binaries through controlled execution and/or static analysis of assembly code, overcoming techniques designed to defeat analysis, in order to ascertain functionality, capability, call-backs, assist with attribution to adversary infrastructure, and identification of indicators of compromise.
  • Provide information and documentation that enables malware detection, signature creation, and mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Associates degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.  
  • Relevant experience must be in malware reverse engineering.   
  • Proficiency working with malicious binaries and analysis of assembly code. 
  • IOC/APT familiarity and analysis, malware detection, and signature creation and mitigation.
  • Experience in computer networking.
  • Proficient in C++.
  • Reverse engineering TTP experience.

Certifications Required:

  • CISSP, GIAC GREM, or CREA Certification is required.
  • Information Assurance Certification may be required
