Matthew Ford brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Intelligence Community to RealmOne. Previously Ford has spent his career running diverse portfolios of programs across the IC supporting mission-critical infrastructure, development, and data management with geographically dispersed teams. Since joining RealmOne, Ford has tackled whole company alignment to the RealmOne vision and how we drive excellent outcomes for our customers, their missions, and our team.
As a former PMP-certified Program Manager, Matt is passionate about servant leadership and practicing it toward to every individual at RealmOne who supports the important mission of our nation’s defense.
Pearce has extensive experience leading finance and accounting organizations in highly acquisitive environments for private equity sponsors within the Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to national security leadership roles, he provided financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions on the buy-side and sell-side primarily within government contracting and software markets for private equity-backed portfolio companies and investment banks. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder with the CFA Institute.

Amy Orzechowski, a seasoned U.S. Army veteran with over 25 years of experience in Defense and Intelligence, serves as RealmOne’s CPO. Her expertise in HR, talent management, and industrial security drives her commitment to hiring veterans and ensuring compliance, vital for supporting national security objectives within the Intelligence Community.
Amy is unwavering in her dedication to assembling top-tier cleared talent, rallying them to collaborate in safeguarding our nation’s security within the Intelligence Community.
Athena brings over 25 years of experience in Defense, Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community as RealmOne’s Chief of Staff. Her passion for compliance, contracts, finance, pricing, and business workflows drives her commitment to supporting corporate initiatives and program execution.
Athena leverages her experience to bring operational excellence across the Realm.
Jason Servary, a seasoned growth and strategy leader with more than 15 years of experience across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and commercial sectors, serves as RealmOne’s Chief Growth Officer. His expertise in business development, capture execution, technical strategy, and enterprise growth supports RealmOne’s expansion across national security markets and strengthens long-term customer partnerships.

Kathy Daumer brings nearly 20 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to RealmOne. As Chief Strategy Officer, she leads strategic direction and execution – enhancing portfolio value, expanding into priority markets, shaping differentiated capability offerings, improving growth performance, and advancing initiatives that drive enterprise value.
Kathy is dedicated to aligning RealmOne’s strategy with customer needs, market opportunities, and operational execution to position RealmOne for disciplined growth and long-term success in support of national security missions.
Ray brings 25 years of experience supporting customers and programs in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to RealmOne. As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Williams is responsible for the successful execution of the company’s M&A strategy. In addition, Williams assists with growth and service delivery.
As a career-long GovCon executive, Ray is passionate about servant leadership and bringing innovation in support of the national security mission.
Thomas Albright is a U.S. Army & Navy veteran bringing nearly 30 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to RealmOne. As Market Lead, Thomas oversees the leadership and execution of Service Delivery, including coordinating supporting services in contracts, finance, recruiting, and training to ensure the successful execution of mission-critical operational and technical deliveries.

With more than 20 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community, Jaime Shafter has built a career at the intersection of mission delivery, business growth and organizational leadership. Jaime spent over 10 years supporting the IC before co-founding and leading a GovCon company focused on delivering critical mission support services. As Market Lead at RealmOne, Jaime oversees securing and managing complex contracts, cultivating customer relationships, and building high-performing teams.
