Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This individual should be customer service oriented, attentive to detail, self-motivated and work well in teams. Flexibility in approach to finding solutions, the ability to understand and act on the customer needs and priorities, and learn new technologies quickly are some of the qualities a successful candidate.
The Software Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:
- Experience engineering data analytics solutions for Enterprise IT situational awareness.
- Experience managing data flows.
- Experience in one or more cloud computing services and technologies including but not limited to: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Nutanix, VMware.
- Experience with one or more application development environments supporting commercial or open source tools including but not limited to: Linux, Python, C, Bash Scripting, Perl, SQL, and UIPath.
- Expertise implementing and managing Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Experience working in a DevOps environment.
- Experience with automation or orchestration tools such as Ansible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree are preferred in one or more technical discipline but can be waived if previous direct configuration management support to this customer’s agency.
- Eleven (11) years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree for a total of Fifteen (15) years of experience.
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
