The Level 2 Data Scientist shall possess the following capabilities:

Relevant experience must be in designing/implementing machine learning, data science, advanced analytical algorithms, programming, data mining, advanced statistical analysis, advanced mathematical foundations, artificial intelligence, workflow and reproducibility, data management and curation, data modeling and assessment, experience as a data scientist working to support a single or multiple domain areas, and/or software engineering. Experience in more than five areas is strongly preferred. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ relevant experience OR Associate’s degree plus 5 years’ experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.
  • Degree must be in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations Research, or Computer Science. Additionally, you will provide guidance on writing, information organization, and distribution, mentor team members, coordinate information internally and externally, and contribute to various functions such as report writing, responding to customer requests, and ensuring document accuracy and adherence to policies.

 

The Level 4 Analytic Editor shall possess the following capabilities:

 

  • Ability to research, analyze and report intelligence. 
  • Experience with SIGINT reporting and classifications. 
  • Knowledge of agency specific tools and methodologies.     
  • Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in writing, editing, or producing technical/analytic reports or products (e.g., working aids, briefings), and must be related to signals intelligence or information assurance; and may also include performing intelligence or language analysis.

We are looking for a Digital Network Exploitation Analyst to evaluate target opportunities through comprehensive analysis of all-source data. The role involves mapping target networks and assisting in the development of detailed exploitation and operational plans. Responsibilities include analyzing SIGINT and cybersecurity data across various OSI network layers, understanding IP core infrastructure, communication devices, network connectivity, and traffic patterns. The analyst will need to develop new techniques as technology evolves. Collaboration is key, working with government, military, and contractor personnel to align on intelligence needs and mission relevance. The ideal candidate will use their curiosity and analytical skills to form hypotheses, select analysis methods, and integrate, evaluate, and interpret data to uncover insights. Findings and newly developed techniques will be documented and shared with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

The Level 4 Digital Network Exploitation Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Experience in computer or information systems design, development, or analysis.
  • Background in hardware/software engineering, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, or network and systems administration.
  • Completion of military training in a relevant area such as the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) may count towards the experience requirement (24-week JCAC course may count as 6 months of experience). 

Qualifications:

  • An Associate’s Degree with 13 years of experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 11 years of experience
  • A Master’s Degree with 9 years or experience

Your strong collaboration with Computer Network Operations (CNO) and High-Confidence Source Operations (HCSO) will be essential in advancing mission objectives. In addition to your analytical duties, you will assist in cross-organizational collaboration, contribute to training plans, and develop strategies to enhance team performance. 

The TDNA 4 shall possess the following capabilities:

  • Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting
  • Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniquesm
  • Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
  • Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts

We are looking for a SIGINT Geospatial Analyst to apply geographic information science to analyze and interpret SIGINT data collected from foreign systems. This role involves using spatial and temporal thinking to provide intelligence insights by performing spatial data manipulation, analysis, and modeling. Analysts utilize various systems and tools to facilitate spatial analysis, and they must have a solid understanding of geospatial SIGINT data, analytical methods, and target technologies. Additionally, they support the maintenance of geospatial datasets and contribute to visualizing intelligence findings.

The Level 3 SIGINT Geospatial Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:
